Orders Placed on Our Website

If you purchased directly from www.mjcollective.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
